Damac Lagoons

Damac Lagoons residential complex under construction is a new project from the largest UAE developer DAMAC Properties. It covers an area of more than 4.2 km² and includes 6,000 villas. The residential complex is a gated community with townhouses, villas and luxury residences. The project, the main theme of which is resort life, is divided into eight clusters, each of which has individual architectural features. It is based on the idea of embodying the cultures of different Mediterranean countries: Spain, Morocco, France, Greece, Italy, Malta.
